Western Capital Multimedia Announces Multi Million Dollar Agreement with Los Angeles Based A&E Television to Feature Harry Blausey Prison Rights Story

NEW YORK- The CEO and President of Western Capital Multimedia and Investigative Journalist, Robert Paisola, has  just announced a new joint venture with the Arts and Entertainment Network of Los Angeles, California to complete a two hour "miniseries" on the Harry Blausey Case of Newark Ohio, Licking County.

"The Script is being written as we speak" , said Paisola, who would not comment on the financial arrangements  other than to say that "Harry Blausey will be very satisfied with the outcome and the nationwide justice that his story produces for the American Public" Paisola Continued

Paisola expressed great happiness that A&E has agreed to use the actual names of all of the people involved at the Court, Prison, Victim and Media Levels and hopes to create a "chilling effect" on what can seemingly happen in a small town, that takes the nation by storm.  He hopes to clearely set the bar for inmate rights around the world.

Blausey has been attacked multiple times while in custody, has been the victim of a Prison Guard Revolt and is now preparing a Federal Civil Rights Case in US District Court.  A&E was able to get interviews with actual staff members who were involved but no longer work for the State of Ohio, who's words are nothing less than terroristic.  "We were just following instructions from someone very high up, sir" said one staffer, when confronted about Blausey's Continued Abuse.   "That started the tidal wave of correctional staff and medical staff to open the previously closed doors, under a new administration, to openly discuss this matter"
Ohio Congressman John Boehner's office expressed "Deep Concern" for the way in which this case has been handled.

The series will have a 2.1 Million Dollar budget and will be shot on Location in Ohio, New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC,  and Las Vegas

Partial funding is being underwritten by The Robert Paisola Foundation, The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Spy Glass Pictures, International Distribution will be maintained by The Robert Paisola Foundation.

Blausey is in the process of filing a 100 Million Dollar Lawsuit in Federal Court.

There are far too many children around the world whom, for reasons not their own, have minds and perspectives that have been invaded by the disease of despair, of anger, of hopelessness and depression. Children without the natural inclination to guide themselves out of the minefields of adolescence, children who if guided properly would of been future doctors and heads of state, but instead have made a series of bad decisions and caused harm to victims, community and themselves, our worlds lost children whom are only lost because of the negligence perpetuated by our worlds adults.

[I never cease to be in awe as I gaze into the face
of an Innocent child, when God gives them to us as
a blank sheet of paper - clean, pure and waiting to
be inscribed upon. They trust us, open themselves up
to us, and receive whatever we give them, whether it
be good or bad ]

Do our worlds lost boys and girls not deserve our undivided attention? Do they not deserve a voice speaking in their defense and for the protection of their future? Do they not deserve a second chance?
Well I am here to say that they do, as a former lost child, that is, I joined Chicago's biggest street gang at 13yrs old, there began a life sentence in maximum security prison at 17yrs old, where I have been for the past 14yrs. Now I am here to use my voice, that we do.
For Our human family has reached a level of sophistication that gives us a vision to acknowledge that it is indeed ideals that are the projectors of change, of reform and of progress, not severe retribution or the persecution of our most valuable resources. It is the distribution of love and hope, not hate and indifference that repairs the harm done to our lost children.
Through pro-action it is in our power to effectively combat this child destroying issue, but we must first acknowledge it. Together we can render the juvenile justice system obsolete, but we must first commit ourselves to the cause.
Together we can practice a world of service minded, focused children, but first we must see our neighbors child as our own.
So I implore you to digest this message and find out what ways you can be most effective in assisting the lost boys and girls in your immediate area.
A powerful role model could of redirected my childhood cause, it may be you who redirects another's.

CEBU, Philippines (FOR CNN) -- Amid the tropical heat of a Philippine prison, convicted murderers, rapists and drug dealers on Saturday paid tribute to Michael Jackson with a reprise of their YouTube dance hit, "Thriller."

A rendition of Jackson's 1980s smash hit by prisoners at the Cebu Detention and Rehabilitation Center in the central Philippines garnered more than 24 million views since 2007, when prison supervisor Byron Garcia first uploaded it to the video-sharing Web site.

The prison has since posted other dance videos, including performances to Van Halen's "Jump," Queen's "Radio Ga Ga," and Phil Oakey and Giorgio Moroder's "Together in Electric Dreams."

Michael Jackson, known as the "King of Pop," died Thursday in Los Angeles, less than two weeks shy of the first in a series of comeback concerts in London, England.

When he heard the news, Garcia, himself a fan of the 50-year-old pop icon, organized a free tribute performance by inmates for local people in the prison courtyard.

Dancing was introduced at the prison in 2007, as a means of rehabilitating prisoners at a facility once notorious for its gang problem.

Every able-bodied prisoner must dance. If they refuse, they lose privileges, mostly conjugal visits. According to Garcia, the dancing occupies up to five hours a day. However he rejected claims he's abusing the prisoners' rights by forcing them to dance so many hours a day.

He said it gives them a renewed sense of worth and confidence, breaking them of their violent ways. He is convinced his prison is a model for prison authorities everywhere, an example of how to crack the plague of violent prison gangs.

"It brought back their self esteem. We have happy inmates now -- we don't want to go back to the old jail where we had mad, sad inmates," he said.

In searing temperatures, 1,400 men in bright orange tracksuits performed the 15-minute "Thriller" routine perfectly. They rehearsed for 10 hours the previous day, finally stopping at 3 a.m. to rest ahead of the show.

The superbly-choreographed moves, energy and obvious enthusiasm of the prisoners had the audience -- swelled by journalists from around the world -- captivated the audience. Several inmates even invited people from the crowd to dance with them.

"I never thought I would ever find myself dancing with a prisoner," one excited local said.

A local journalist even described the performance as Asia's best way of paying tribute to Jackson.

Garcia, who says the prison has witnessed no violence in three years, paid tribute to the performers. "I'm so proud of them," he said. "They got the dance exactly right."

Although it was "probably wishful thinking," he added that he had actually wanted Michael Jackson to come to Cebu to dance and play the role himself. "Now it's not going to happen," he said mournfully.

Convicted robber Mavin Cabido, 23, said: "I feel so sad as we idolize him really. The moonwalk is my favorite -- I like that."

-Maybe it is time that we in America take time to look at OTHER POSSIBILITIES that WORK instead of putting our "Problem Children" in Prison. Do you remember the synchronicity of the 2009 Olympics. This is one of the major goals of corrections and reform, to create a new and better person.
